Apple laptop review of their entire line:
1. Macbook: The latest to arrive, on May 16, 2006. Replaced the iBook G4 series.
Based on Intel Core Duo processor with 3 different configurations possible; 1.83 GHz, 2.0 GHz, both with the white on white, and 2.0 GHz in a matte black case. Each has a built-in iSight webcam and magnetic latch mechanism.
2. Macbook Pro: The Macbook Pro is available in three types. There are two 15.4" models, even though they each have different processing power.
The third one is a 17" model. The Macbook Pro is the laptop that captures the interests of professionals that are in the multi-media field.
They are great in their speed and power. The Macbook Pro was the first Intel-powered laptop for Apple. Has an Intel Core Duo processor at either 1.67 or 1/83 GHz, 512MB – 2GB RAM, built-in iSight, Front Row FireWire 400.
There are 2 USB 2.0 ports, an Express Card/34 MagSafe power, and 802.11g, Bluetooth 2.0. there is also gigabit Ethernet, backlit keyboard and remote input.
There is a 15.4" monitor, dual link DVI, Dual Layer DVD burner, weighs 5.6 lbs and will operate on Windows Platform.
3. iBook: Two models, a 12" and a 14" model. The 14" has higher specifications.
4. iBook G3: White on white, and runs at a flat speed of 500 MHz.
The iBook G4 and PowerBooks G4 are no longer being manufactured by Apple Computers. They have been replaced by the MacBook.
Two of Apple’s laptops were among top 10 most popular laptops according to Notebook Review online.
They were the Apple Mac book rated the highest of them all and the Apple iBook coming third place.
